$1250 for 1 Day

Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Healthcare Savings Account (HSA) & any major Credit/Debit card are accepted.

Super Bill

Upon your request, for Private pay clients I can provide an invoice, called a “superbill”, that can be submitted to your insurance for possible reimbursement.  Reimbursement should be seen as a bonus, not a prerequisite for working with me.  Please note, a superbill does require a diagnosis.
